5. How will I receive my policy documents if I book my holiday insurance online?

A printable version of your policy will become available once the on-line booking process is complete. You will also receive an e-mailed copy to the e-mail address entered into the application, which will include your insurance certificate and important policy notes. A copy of the full Policy Wording will be posted to you, but is available on our website.
