19. What if I want to cancel my holiday insurance policy?

A refund of premium can be allowed if your policy is cancelled before the start date shown on the policy or within the 14-day approval period (whichever is sooner) if the policy does not meet your requirements. Just telephone us or e-mail your request to our customer services department.
