Cruises offered to European family travel resorts
22 March 2007  British holidaymakers that have enjoyed their family trips to Center Parcs travel resorts in the UK have been advised to head across the channel to Europe this summer for the same facilities with "much more" on offer.

Cruise ferry service DFDS Seaways recommends resorts situated across Belgium and Holland, with families able to choose from economy villas or VIP accommodation.

"DFDS Seaways has carefully selected seven popular villages in Holland and Belgium, each having their own style and appeal with a variety of different facilities all delivering the famous fun Center Parcs' holiday experience," the company reports.

The Dutch resorts include locations close to Amsterdam, the Mass valley and north Limburg while those heading to Belgium can opt for resorts near the Dutch or German border.

Activities on offer for families and the varying destinations include skiing, swimming and cycling.

DFDS has six passenger liners and carried 1.6 million passengers and 216,000 cars in 2005.
